NORWICH – Julia (Anton) Chamberlain, 87, formerly of Concord, N.H. and Norwich, N.Y. died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010 at the Merrimack Hospice House, in Haverhill Mass. after an extended illness.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert E Chamberlain ,mother of Carol Chamberlain of Amesbury, and Bill Chamberlain (Howard Heyman) of Chicago, sister of Jeanette (the late William) Slattery of Concord, N.H., and daughter of the late Max and Helen Anton. She was predeceased by her four brothers James, Joseph, William, and Alexander.
Julia graduated from Concord High School, in Concord. She was a member of St Paul’s Church in Concord, and was a legal secretary.
She will be remembered for her love of music, beautiful smile, and will be deeply missed by her family.
Services will be private.
