OXFORD – Verna Weidman Raphael, 99, formerly of Guilford and Norwich and currently a resident of the New York State Veterans’ Home, Oxford, passed away on Jan. 25, 2010.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford and will be announced at a later date.
