Donna L Youngs, 69 of Oxford. Passed away on March 4, 2021. Donna was born in Norwich, NY daughter of the late Charles Dungey and Ellen (Donnelly) Dungey. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Douglas Youngs and her siblings Ronnie Dungey Sr and Ruth Hart.
Donna is survived by her children Kevin and Amanda Tuttle, Frank Tuttle Jr., and Anita and Howard Hallenbeck. She is also survived by her siblings Don and Gail Dungey, David Dungey, Doug and Peggy Dungey, Sabra Snow, and sister-in-law Diane Dungey. Donna was also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who she loved very much.
Donna’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was very family oriented and always enjoyed spending time with her family and being able to take care of them. She loved traveling and gardening and will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her.
