NORWICH – Jeffrey M. Uhlig, 40, of Waite St., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010.
He was born Feb. 21, 1970 in Syracuse, a son of P. Drew and Karen M. Whipple Uhlig. He was a graduate of Hamilton Central School in 1989 and then SUNY Morrisville. Jeff married Robyn L. Ingraham on July 23, 2004 in St. Lucia.  Jeff currently owned and operated his construction businesses, Uhlig Builders and Uhlig Homes. He was also a sales associate at Eagle River Realty, LLC in Hamilton. Previously, he had worked in sales at Lok-n-Logs and in the mortgage department at NBT Bank. He loved woodworking and building furniture, and enjoyed skiing. His most cherished time was spent with his children and his family.
Jeff was a past member of the Norwich City Zoning Committee.
Surviving are his wife, Robyn; his children, Wyatt T. and Sierra C. Uhlig of Norwich; his parents, Drew and Karen Uhlig of Hamilton; sister and brother-in-law, Tracey and Cub Schuller of Bedminster, N.J.; brother, Drew T. Uhlig of Hamilton; two nephews, a niece, several aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Hamilton.
