Mark Dennan Perrin, 65, of Salem, Massachusetts passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. Mark was born July 12, 1956, in White Plains, New York to the late William and Wilma (Sinning) Perrin.
Mark grew up in Sherburne, NY, and graduated from Sherburne-Earlville Central School in 1974. His career was dedicated to the life sciences, with 35+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medtech industry, including nine years as CEO of two publicly-traded companies. He had many successes in his career, but his greatest strength was serving as a mentor to countless individuals. This passion led him to establish Perrin & Associates, an executive coaching firm, in 2020.
Beyond Mark’s professional life, he was a beloved father and grandfather. He loved visiting his daughter’s family at their home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and playing at the beach with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son, Andrew James Perrin. He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Thompson and her husband Wade Thompson; two siblings, Stephen Perrin and his wife Lee Perrin of Sherburne, and Maureen Perrin and her husband Tony Patane of Lafayette; and three grandchildren, Grove, Jade, and Reid Thompson.
Memorial services will be determined at a later date.
