NORWICH – Louise M. Seymour, 83, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2010.
Louise was born in Johnson City, daughter of the late William and Mable Livermore. She was also predeceased by brother Robert and the love of her life, her husband Mason W. Seymour, who she married on April 9, 1955. Louise happily dedicated her life to raising her daughters.
She is survived by her five daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Fred Warner of Greene, Barbara and James Manville of Sandy Hook, Conn., Shirley and Ronald Pike of Norwich, Lisa and Dr. David Garvey of Storrs, Conn., Jill and John Ayers of Poolville. Louise was especially proud of her eleven grandchildren, Brian and Robert Warner, William and David Manville, Faith Marie and Adam Pike, Monica and Caitlin Garvey and Joshua, Jessica and Janelle Ayers. Louise graduated from Whitney Point High School and Ridley Lowell Business School . She was employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and by Link Aviation.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango Street, Greene, NY 13778. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene. Friends of the family may call Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Root Funeral Home.
