NORWICH – Emma M. Reese, 82, of County Rt. 10A, passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 9, 2010 at her home.
Emma was born Jan. 10, 1928 in Norwich, the daughter of Lynn and Emma Bush Osborne. She lived her entire life in the Norwich area.
Surviving are her children: John and Anne McNitt of Winston-Salem, N.C., Kathy and Rick Wright of Norwich, Terry and Theresa McNitt of Ottumwa, Iowa, Barbara and Rick Morey of Utica, BettyAnn Reese and Beck Villanella of Binghamton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also surviving are her brother, Donald (Butch) Osborne of Florida, her sister Elizabeth (Betty) Miller of Norwich and a dear friend of the family, Becky Hagenbuch. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the direction of the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home of Norwich.
