GREENE – Francis E. Davis, Greene, 78, passed away on Dec. 31, 2010 at Wilson Hospital, Johnson City.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Davis and Madeline Griffin. He is survived by his wife, Nellie; six stepchildren, Connie, Leslie, Fred, Louie, James and Conrad; two brothers, Howard Davis and Harold Griffin. Francis was a dairy farmer for 40 years. He enjoyed country music and traveling.
Funeral services will be held noon on Tuesday at Root Funeral Home. Friends of the family may call Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango St., Greene.
