GUILFORD – Douglas Palmer, of Guiford, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City. He was 59 years old. Douglas is survived by his wife of 39 years, Veronica (Decker) Palmer. At Douglas’ request, there will no funeral services.
