NORWICH – Shane Thomas Romanowski, 21 years old of Norwich, NY, passed away on August 17, 2011 in the Town of New Berlin, NY.
Shane was born on September 1, 1989 in Norwich, NY the son of Milton and Jeanni (Porter) Romanowski. His childhood was spent in the North Norwich and Sherburne NY areas. He was a 2008 graduate of Sherburne Central School.
On September 6, 2010 he married Samantha Confer who survives him.
Shane is also survived by his daughter, Emma Mary Romanowski of Norwich, NY, one brother; Milton Romanowski Jr of Binghamton, two sisters; Deanna Deforrest of Stittsville, NY and Julia Romanowski of North Norwich, NY as well as his Parents, Maternal Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, one Niece and two Nephews.
He was predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents – Milton and Rita Romanowski and one Aunt – Sandra Petrick.
Shane was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing, bowling, and wrestling while attending Sherburne Central School.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 1 PM at the Faith Baptist Tabernacle, Sherburne, NY with Pastor Tim Weeks officiating. Calling hours will be held from 10 AM – 1 PM prior to the funeral service.
