OXFORD – Dragutin Milosevic, 70, of Oxford, formerly of Queens, passed away on Aug. 18, 2011 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City.
He was born on Jan. 30, 1941 in Lic, Croatia a son of Nicola and Maria (Radosevic) Milosevic. He was married to the former Victoriana Sagnich, who survives.
Besides his wife, Victoriana, he is survived by his children; Maria Landau and Trent Ferrington of Oxford, and Robert and Sally Milosevic of Goshen; his grandchildren, Evan Landau, Daniza Landau, Eric Milosevic, Ashley Milosevic, Kyle Ferrington and Ashley Ferrington; and his sisters, Rose and Vera in Croatia.
He served in the Croatian Navy as an underwater demolition expert before immigrating to the United States 42 years ago. He was the executive chef for J.P. Morgan Co. in New York City until his retirement and moving to Oxford. His family will miss his culinary expertise, especially his grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Saturday with the Rev. Ralph Bove officiating.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford.
