GREENE – Margaret E. Lindsey, formerly of Greene, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 18, 2011 at the age of 90. 
Margaret was a kind person who always had a smile and a hello for everyone. She was loved by her family and friends and will be forever missed. 
She was predeceased by her husband, Howell Lindsey; mother, Lucy Rice; and baby girl Ellen. Survived by loving children Richard Lindsey of Windsor, Margaret and Kenneth Jacobs of Kirkwood, Barbara and Gary Morgan of Guilford, Patricia Smith of McDonough, Kathleen Williams and her fiancé James Ricci of Fishkill and Raymond Lindsey of Guilford. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren and 2 great great great grandchildren. 
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Berean Bible Church 109 County Road 2 (off Route 12), Green. A private family interment will be held.
