NEW BERLIN – Janina A. Piazza, 88, of Yosman Towers died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at the Kingston Hospital in Kingston.
She was born in Richfield Springs on Dec. 1, 1922 to the late Julius and Suzanne (Trzeciakiewicz) Pylinski. Prior to retirement she was a clerk at the Post Office in New Berlin. Janina was known to be “over the top” in making people laugh and feeling comfortable.
Janina is survived by son, John Piazza and wife Gretchen of Shallotte, N.C.; daughter, Janina (Nina) (Chip) and husband Jim Suto of Saugerties; son, Ted Williams of Dearborn, MI; daughter, Tina Woinoski and husband Mark of Stone Ridge; brother, Edward Pylinski and sister, Helen Mockovciak both of Edmeston; grandchildren, Jen Bohr and husband Mark, Peter (Nick) Piazza and wife Kim, Janelle Gunning and husband John, Jason Piazza, Rob, Ryan, Brittani and Reagan Suto. great-grandchildren, Dustin and Kenzie Gunning and Alexander Bohr, many nieces and nephews.
Brothers and sisters who preceded Janina in death include Joe, Julia, Pete, Sylvester, Walter, Bud, Mary Ann and Genevieve.
Cremation and funeral services which are at the convenience of the family are under the direction of Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, Inc., 261 Bradway, Kingston.
