FLORIDA – Telford J. Rowe, 64, passed away Oct. 17, 2011 in Port Charlotte, Fla., where he resided with his sister, after a long illness.
Born Nov. 16, 1946, Telford is survived by a son, Jon-Paul Rowe of New York; a daughter, Stephanie Simmons and grandchildren Hunter and Hannah Simmons of Kentucky; his mother, Winola Rowe of New York; siblings John Rowe of Florida, Benjamin Rowe of New York, Nola Daniels of New York; Robert Rowe of New York and Robin Dookie of Florida; and by his extended family, the Lindners of Norwich.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice are preferred.
