Eloise Baldwin
OXFORD – Eloise C. Baldwin, 90, passed away Dec. 7, 2011 at her home in Oxford with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband F. Wheeler “Mike” Baldwin in 1983. Eloise is survived by her two sons, Ray Baldwin of Oxford, and Kent Baldwin of Skaneateles.
