OXFORD – Harriet “Betty” Kulakosky, 81, of Oxford, passed away Dec. 13, 2011 at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Church in Oxford. Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
