(Stuart) Ward of Homer; nine grandchildren, Jason, Tara, Laci, Sheriden, Carter, D.J., Dusti, Michael and Hannah; his seven great-grandchildren, Colbi, Aleigha, Jordan, Katelynn, Danielle, Brent and Hunter. Also surviving are his siblings, Leonard (Barbara) Monroe of Murphy, N.C.; Joyce (Bill) Niles of Guilford; Dorothy (Wilbur) Haynes of Bainbridge; Vivian Phillips of Norwich, and Earl (Donna) Monroe of Norwich; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many dear friends.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Seven Valley Christian Church, 14 Spring St., McGraw, with Pastor Loyal Gallaher officiating.
