COOPERSTOWN – Josephine Sara White, 66, a longtime resident of Cooperstown, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 14, 2012, at Otsego Manor, with her son Matthew at her side.
Josephine was born in Norwich on July 7, 1945, daughter of the late Harry and Josephine Conklin. She is survived by her son Matthew White of Walton; a brother and his wife, Sewain and Sheila Conklin; a nephew Shana Conklin and a niece, Shealyn Card and her husband Christopher Card; sisters, Martha Ruth Conklin and Nancy L. Conklin, both of Norwich.
A memorial service was held March 18 at the First Presbyterian Church Chapel in Cooperstown.
