NORWICH – Elaine M. Kelley, formerly of Norwich, passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the WakeMed Regional Hospital in Raleigh, N.C. She was 76 years old. Funeral arrangements are pending with the Wilson Funeral Home.
