SHERBURNE – Judith Burroughs Busch, 65, of Sherburne passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare, New Hartford.
She was born Oct. 2, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of Allen and Helen Atmore Burroughs. She was a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the University of Iowa. On Nov. 29, 1963, Judith was married to Frederick Busch. He predeceased her on Feb. 23, 2006. Mrs. Busch was a librarian in Norwich City Schools, and then at Colgate University in Hamilton until her retirement.
Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Benjamin and Tracy Busch, of Reed City, MI and Nicholas Busch of Syracuse; a granddaughter, Alexandra; sister and brother-in-law, Wendy and David Connell of New Hope, Pa.; brother and sister-in-law, Hank and Ellen Burroughs of Quakertown, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
