NORWICH – Dominic Canestra, 84, died June 24, 2012, peacefully in his sleep with a life of love all around him. Born on Nov. 8, 1927, Dom was a Master Carpenter and his passion for the trade led him to teach within the industry allowing for his talents and crafts to carry on for future generations. He was also a member of The Norwich Lion’s Club, the Norwich Rolling Antiquers Old Car Club, and the Plymouth Historical Society. Most of all, his greatest passion was for his family and friends as well as living a simple and clean life enjoying everything it had to offer.
Dom will be greatly missed by all and we take great comfort knowing he is in a peaceful place in the arms of his loved ones. Thank you for all the support and kindness people have shown us during Dom’s illness. Sincerely, The family of Dom Canestra and Delores Finley.
