NORWICH – John Orban Jr. put a smile on many faces. Husband of (and preceded in passing by) Kay Delaney Orban, John died March 7 this year at the age of 100 years and 31 days. He and Kay Delaney both taught at Norwich HIgh School circa 1935-1941, which is where they met; they were married in Cooperstown. They later acquired property in Roxbury, NY where they spent more than 50 wonderful summers. A Celebration of Life get-together will be held Sunday, Sept. 16.
