Esther Mcgowan
OXFORD – Esther (Buckland) McGowan, 76, of Oxford, passed away on Sept. 13, 2012 at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City. She married the late Cecil J. McGowan on Feb. 19, 1955. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16 at the Fort Hill Post #376, American Legion in Oxford. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Behe Funeral Home Inc., 21 Main Street, Oxford.
