NORWICH – Mr. Yukon Jack Pittsley, 19, of Eustis, Fla. passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012.
Born in Norwich, he moved to Eustis from there in 2012. He was a laborer in a plant nursery.
Survivors include his wife, Brittany Ann Mullenax; daughters: Tamara and Trinity, all of Norwich; mother & step-father, Anita & Howard Hallenbeck, Norwich; father & step-mother, Clark & Lori Pittsley, Eustis, Fla.; sister: Harley D. Connors, Norwich; brothers: Darren Pollack, Norwich, Tony Whitehill, S.C.; Paternal Grandmother: Marjorie Pittsley, Tavares, Fla.; Maternal Grandmother: Donna Young, Norwich; step-Maternal Grandfather: Doug Young, Norwich; mother-in-law: Vicki Milton, Norwich, and father-in-law: Earl Mullenax, Sr., Norwich.
Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Beaver Meadow Church, Beaver Meadow.
