OXFORD – William H. Stratton, 80, of Oxford, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the United Church of Oxford, 25 Main St., Oxford. A complete obituary will be published in The Evening Sun on Tuesday.
