MACEDON – William E. Eddy, “Bill, ” died on Dec. 23, 2012 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his wife Virginia and son, Gary. Survived by his daughters Bonnie (Robert) Bergeron and Vickie Patridge; Brother, Charles (Audrey) Eddy; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Bill served his country and retired from the United States Navy. He worked and retired from Xerox and spent many years as a school bus driver for the Gananda Central School District.
Friends are invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Payne & Murphy Funeral Home, 1040 Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502. A celebration of Bill’s life will be offered on Friday at 1 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, 58 Main Street (Route 31, Village of Macedon), Macedon, NY 14502. Interment will take place in the Spring of 2013 at the Macedon Village Cemetery.
