NORWICH – Casey R. Decker, 31, of Norwich passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 due to an auto accident.
Casey is survived by her father and mother, Bill and Gloria ( “Scottie”) Decker, of Norwich, and her sister, Kobie Decker, of Syracuse.
A private memorial service for Casey will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, with the Very Reverend Charles Taylor, Rector, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, officiating. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.
