NORWICH – Robert William Trinder, 86, of Seneca, South Carolina, formerly from Norwich and Sidney, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013.
Bob was born Robert William Trinder in West Winfield, NY, on August 4, 1926, son of George and Alice Walker Trinder. He grew up in Norwich, graduating from Norwich High School in 1944. He was also a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. Robert served in the United States Navy during World War II and worked for many years at the Bendix Corporation in Sidney, NY.
Bob is survived by his three children, David Trinder of Seneca, SC, Cara Trinder Cameron of Chandler, AZ, and Mark Trinder of Clovis, CA. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Julie Trinder, Jeffrey Cameron, Christopher Cameron and Matthew Trinder, as well as one great-granddaughter, Rowan Trinder-Clements. Also surviving are many nephews and nieces.
