Over the years, Bette had so many special friends in life, too numerous to list. She appreciated each and every one of you.
Bette graduated from Norwich High School. After meeting her husband, Bette began to travel with her husband and family for construction work throughout NYS. Little did Bette know that her life’s work would come from this. Bette was honored on several occasions for the work she did selling heavy truck equipment throughout NYS. Known as the “peanut lady” her flair for public relations made her well known and beloved from town to town. If you spoke of Bette, you did so with a smile on! It was only about a year or so ago that Bette stopped working … she truly loved it, and they loved her. Throughout her career, Bette worked for Bill DeLia construction, Credle Construction, Corts Trucking and most recently, Wayne’s Welding. Bette was also on many Highway Boards/ Committees throughout her career.
A special thank you to the following medical professionals that helped Bette throughout her illness; Dr. Brownstein; Hospice Palliative Care, especially, Bonnie, Marianne, Julie, Justin, Ann, Christina, Kelly, Jill, and all of the caring staff.
“Mourn not too long that she is gone; but rejoice forever that she was…”
