PHOENIX, Arizona ­– Randall George Waters, 58, passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2013 with his loving wife at his side. Randall, affectionately known as Randy, was born in Syracuse, NY on October 20, 1954. He was the son of the late Charles A. Waters Jr. and the late Doris A. Walker.
Randy was a native of Earlville and graduated from the Sherburne-Earlville Central School District. He worked in the fields of electronics and construction and was also self-employed as a contractor, primarily in the community of Cottonwood, Arizona.
He is survived by his wife, Stella, and his son, Scott. Randy is also survived by his sisters, Pamelia Corbin, Sharon Cavness, Ellen Loughren, and Jean Sharpe, and his brother, Mark Waters. He is also survived by his many aunts and uncles along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating Randy’s life at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the Roger’s Conservation Center in Sherburne, NY.
