OXFORD – Andrea M. Chouinard, 23, of Oxford, formerly of Ashburnham, Mass., passed away on Feb. 7, 2007 as the result of an automobile accident. 
She was born on June 19, 1983 in Leominster, Mass. the daughter of Michael Chouinard and Elisabeth Pantoni Chouinard.
 She is survived by her son Dylan Kittridge of Oxford; her mother, Elisabeth Bailey and Rory Houghtaling of Oxford; her father, Michael A. Chouinard of Clinton, Mass.; her grandmother, June Chouinard of Clinton, Mass.; her aunts and uncles, Bernadette Gemme of Fitchburg, Mass., Claudette Gagne of Gardner, Mass., Antoinette Ciccone of Leominster, Mass., Nanette Benedict of Leominster, Mass., Renee Blake, Leslie Putnam, Kathy Chouinard, James Chouinard, Brian Chouinard, John Chouinard, and Barbara Falldorf.
She was a 2001 graduate of Oakmont Regional High School in Ashburnham, Mass. She was a member of St. Anne’s Church in Leominster, Mass. She was an accomplished ballet dancer with the Turning Point Dance Studio.  She was employed by Price Chopper Supermarket in Norwich.
Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  The family will also receive friends at the Brandon Funeral Home, Fitchburg, Mass. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m..
 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne’s Church, Leominster, Mass. on Wednesday.
