NORWICH – Elizabeth V. Lamphere, 90, of Fair Street, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Chenango Memorial Hospital.
At her request, there will be a graveside service in the spring in Oneonta Plains Cemetery, Oneonta. At that time a complete obituary will be published, announcing the time and date of services.
