NORWICH – Francis J. ‘Frank’ Dolan, 90 of Orlando, Fla., and formerly of Norwich, passed away peacefully at the home of his niece, Mary Pat Dolan in Ithaca on Saturday, April 21, 2007.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Wilson Funeral Home.
