He was born in Mt. Upton on May 6, 1930, the son of Conrad Warren Camp and Ida Francis (Martin) Camp. He was married to Wilda Camp on Aug. 4, 1979 in the Chenango Forks Methodist Church. Scott was born in Cortland, on Feb. 16, 1953, a son of Robert and Beverly Moore Potter. He was an ultra-light flight instructor for the past 25 years, most recently with Final Approach in Phoenix, Ariz. He was also employed at the Cincinnatus True Value.
