James Richard McLean Sr., 63, of Norwich, NY, passed on February 28, 2018, following a spirited fight against cancer.
Quick to lend a helping hand, his generosity was only surpassed by his wood working skills. The third son to Mary and George McLean (deceased), he leaves behind wife Nancy (Koulermos) of 45 years, son James Jr. and daughters Kerry and Kristina, son-in-law Steven, as well as three grandchildren who will miss their Pop Pop. He also leaves behind sister Sue and brothers George, Charles, David, Tony and Patrick.

Helen Pinney Mummery, 97, of Norwich and Smyrna, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018, at the Norwich Rehabilitation Center of Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Helen was born on February 17, 1920 in Greene the daughter of Herman and Margaret (Forrest) Schat. She grew up in Greene where she worked on the family farm and attended the local school.
