NORWICH – Dorothy A. Follett, 88, formerly of Gold Street and most recently of Preston Manor, passed away late Tuesday night, March 9, 2010, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Born in Bakersville, North Carolina, in September of 1921, Dorothy was the daughter of Carol and Fannie Buchanan Huskins. UNADILLA – Jessica Lynn Moore, 23, of Unadilla, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep Monday, March 8, 2010.
She was born July 7, 1986, daughter to James and Veronica (Dutcher) Moore in Binghamton.

OXFORD – Verna Raphael (Verna W. Weidman Raphael) born Feb. 22, 1910, died peacefully on Jan. 25, 2010 at the NYS Veterans Home in Oxford, where she had been a resident for several years.
