CONQUEST – Donna B. Palmer, 66, of Conquest, passed away quietly at home on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006 after a long illness. Donna worked as a homemaker and also worked for Electromark in Wolcott. She was a former EMT for the Conquest Fire Dept. She was predeceased by her husband, Gary E. Palmer, and her parents, Milton L. & Rosella C. Brown.
Donna was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

PITCHER – Neal L. Bonham Sr., 59, of Pitcher, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Nov. 3, 2006, at Cortland Regional Medical Center after becoming ill at home.
Neal was born in Binghamton on Sept. 8, 1947, a son of Chester and Belle Tinsley Bonham. She was born in Norwich on May 26, 1943, a daughter of the late William and Margaret Slater Stevens. A life long Smyrna area resident, she received her education in local schools. NORWICH – Doris Burr Sullivan went to be with the Lord on Nov. 1, 2006, at the age of 85, after a short illness.
Doris was born in Norwich on June 13, 1921, to Daniel and Lois Burr, and graduated from Norwich High School in 1939. As a young woman, she worked along with her parents at the Burr Printing Company on Henry Street in Norwich. In 1983, she retired from Mid-York Press, which manufactured and printed many items for Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals. In 1989, she moved to Riverside Apts. for seniors with her mother, Lois.

NORWICH – Mark W. Loomis, 47, of Norwich and Davenport, Fla., passed away Friday afternoon, Nov. 3, 2006 in the Heart of Florida Hospital in Davenport.
Born in Norwich on Jan. 7, 1959, Mark was the son of James and Janet (Rooney) Loomis and attended the Norwich schools. Over the years Mark had worked as a waiter, bartender and manager.
Mark is survived by his mother, Janet of Norwich of Florida, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, James Loomis, on March 7, 2004.

OXFORD – Robert C. Osborne, 86, of Oxford, formerly of Norwich, passed away on Nov. 2, 2006 at the NYS Veterans’ Home, Oxford.
He was born on Nov. 10, 1919 in Norwich the son of the late Linn and Emma (Bush) Osborne. On Dec. 30, 1942 he married Julia Youngs, who passed away on Oct. 26, 1991.
